These terms apply to services provided by ToiletMeister ("we," "us") and to your use of toiletmeister.com. By requesting service, you agree to the terms below.

Services

We provide toilet repair, replacement, and installation in Washington, DC and nearby Maryland. A description of what we do is on our services page.

Estimates & scheduling

We provide an upfront estimate before starting work. Prices may change if the scope of the job differs from what was described when the estimate was given. Appointment times are targets and may shift due to earlier jobs, parts availability, or weather.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. We'll tell you the price before we begin.

Workmanship guarantee

We stand behind our work. If a repair we performed fails due to our workmanship within the guarantee period we quote you, we'll make it right. The guarantee does not cover unrelated issues, misuse, or normal wear of existing fixtures.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your plumbing that were not part of the work we performed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.
